Can't be Canadian without a Maple offering,Eh! Our Sugar Shack is lightly flavoured with an evolving taste on your palette. It starts off as a smooth whiskey style and then back-slaps you with a maple finish. In a glass with ice this is an evening pleaser.

White Rye is made from 100% locally grown Canadian Rye grains. Showcasing the spicy and intense flavours without the influence of barrel aging. This creates a far more versatile mixer and a great spirit neat.

One of our favourite flavours, Baron Von Ripple is a heavy Butterscotch flavour laying almost like a cream on your palette. This is a favourite on Ice Cream and we are constantly making a milkshake from this one. Add to Scotch and make a Smokey Baron.

Made from a recipe we found dated in the mid 1800's this is the original style of Root Beer and is the truest form for a  great flavour. Discover the way Root Beer was meant to be. We have updated the label to reflect the fact that Root Beer was designed by a pharmacist.

WE thought long and hard on what type of Rum to make and decided that we didn't desire to follow the Canadian crowd. We pride ourselves on using local ingredients, but when it came to making a rum we wanted a top shelf version to be proud of and that can only be achieved using pure squeezed cane sugar imported from the Barbados. 

With our top shelf, pure cane sugar rum we tripped the wild side and created this salted caramel rum. these ingredients with our rum create a truly special taste. Drop by and have a sample it is hard to resist going home without a bottle.

We have a lot going on but this is a pet product we are having fun with, we expect to be ready by fall but we feel we are only half way there. Some spirits take a long time to get right and we don't cut corners on flavours

This is a special release that captured the hearts of our customers. We made this as a Christmas gift for our daughter Dejah. With a sweet base of Madagascar villa beans and Ceylon cinnamons combined with a special combination of spirits and almond paste and toasted almonds slices. a great sipping liqueur or as a kick to some of your favourite cocktails.

We enjoy the spice of a Rye grain, but wanted something with a not too sweet flavour. Were sure this will be a treat to the Rye fans out there.

Ya we couldn't resist! we blended Niagara peaches with bananas. Such a great combination. This product is seasonal so if your heart is set on just this one call first to be sure we set a bottle aside for you.

This Liqueur is made from 80% dark chocolate and locally grown mint, not just great straight but fantastic on ice cream.

One of our customers favourite is our version of the mule, this is a blend of 2 pars Citrus Gin and one part Limer. After many requests over the years we came out with the Foxed Up Mule all you need to do is add Ginger Beer

This is the spirit Mark is the most proud of, each batch takes 2 months to make with Mark working on it every 3 days. Over 35 botanicals and a recipe from the 17th century at its heart. Made in a traditional manner it should cost double of what we list this Green Fairy for. 

Lemon drop moonshine is a sweet and tart spirit surely to become a favourite in any bar. Great on its own or as an enhancement to other mixes and gins.

We all love butter tarts, right and with Arthur being a part of the Butter Tart trail we decided to join in with the Great Canadian Butter Tart. This is a fun discovery.

Sweet with a hint of pecans, Butter Tart Liqueur is an adult favourite.

Peanut Butter and Toasted Marshmallows is a family favourite. We created this Liqueur to capture the essence of our evening treat.

Pucker up Limer is back and this spirit is Ectoplasmic Sour. Incredible as a Margarita base, addition for any gins and for the true Ghostbusters Limer straight!

The perfect balance of botanicals distilled in a London Dry style. The Lavender starts the adventure of expression and finishes long and subtle working in harmony with the other botanicals. Nothing beats a hot summer day better than a Gin and Tonic. Our Lavender Gin is the version the British wish they had, however, it is only available at the LCBO & Silver Fox Distillery in Canada.

 London Dry Gin , an all time favourite great straight or with Tonic water. Also makes a fantastic London Dry and Lemonade. 

 London Dry Gin style with ginger, mint and 4 botanicals from the Anise family. Cool and refreshing as a gin and tonic with a cold blast on every breath.

Love Caesars and Garlic? we got you covered ! This creation brings a whole new experience to the Great Canadian Caesar. Each bottle has a clove of Garlic in the bottom.

Love Caesars ? We created Cucumber Mint Gin as a highly refreshing summer gin and Tonic. Then we discovered that this creation makes an Exceptional Gin Caesar.

Our Lemon Gin Liqueur is a sweet mix of lemon liqueur with our Citrus Gin a fantastic taste after dinner.

Directly from our backyard is our Rhubarb Hibiscus Gin  a great flavour that cools and sooths.

Ontario cranberries and local apples create this delightful light gin, refreshing and playful on the palate.

Lisa and I forage the forest every spring to collect the fresh growth of Spruce Tips  in order to create this evergreen special release of gin. We have fun making this one and you will enjoy the unique flavour of what a gin should be.

With Pomegranate, Guava, Passion Fruit along with native florals like Ohia flowers this unique Liqueur is hard for us to keep in stock. If your heart is set on this one call first so we can set one aside. Its hard to make and rich in flavours, come give it a try.

Our Berry fun expression for a Gin. We use Blackberries and Wild Blueberries to add to our special combination of botanicals used in our gin. Fun and fruity makes for a fun Gin & Tonic.

We took our Lavender Gin and added Chamomile and several other spices to create this Gin. Making Gin is easy for us, spelling on the other hand! We may correct this late but were enjoying the mistake.

The perfect balance of botanicals distilled in a London Dry style. The strength of the Grapefruit and the power of the clove make this a strong mouthful of flavours. A great occasional Gin for something unusual.
