Silver Fox Distillery Craft Gin School

Ever wanted to try your hand at being a distiller and creating your very own gin? Based at our distillery in Arthur, Ontario, the Gin School will allow you to do just that. You will have your own miniature still and an array of botanicals to choose from, alongside expert tuition from our very own Master distiller to help you craft your personalized gin!

You can even bring along your own botanicals that you may have foraged, to put that extra special personal touch to your creations.

At the end of your class you will have distilled, blended, bottled, sealed and labelled your very own bottles of gin to take away with you.

Round up the family and friends and start the afternoon the right way. Three Gin cocktails, your own copper still, and a one-off personal style Gin bottles to take home with their name on it. The kind of day people actually remember.

Date night, bestie day, treat-yourself day. Our luxurious cheese-and-charcuterie board keeps you sustained through local cheeses,  cured meats, also some Yum Yums. Come for the gin, stay for education and company.

 What to expect.

• 3 Gin and Tonics per person
• Guided tasting of 3 spirits

• 1.125 l of your own unique gin, bottled in 1 X 750ml and 1 X 375ml bottles
• 4-5 hour experience
• Custom designed label
• option to laser etch your bottle
• Custom made book from Silver Fox Distillery to help you through every step of the process, history and some help in selecting botanicals.

This is a intimate class with 3 stills allowing for dedicated instruction, you choose your desired type of gin and select the botanicals with our help. 

Classes are based per still. $300.00 for a couple per still and $250.00 per person per still. We include a snack during the class.
